hello.....Assalamualaikum...

what is plato's myth of the cave????? let me explain it ok..

Plato myth of the cave is about several prisoners live in an underground cave. They have been there since their childhood the worst thing is they cannot move anywhere because there have chains tight them.

Behind them,there is only fire .They cannot see anything except their own shadow,between prisoners and fire there is a screen which puppets player show their puppets. And one day there is an old man who are sympathizes with their conditions.

Actually the prisoners, the chains, the fire, the shadow ,the puppets player and the old man is just an analogy to symbolize something.

The task was given to us, we have to related the real world with the the Plato's analogy. i have chosen Malaysian political system. In my opinion,

The prisoners is symbolise The Malaysian's citizen

The Chains is symbolize The Laws that our country have

The Fire is symbolize The Politicians in Malaysia country

The Shadows and The Image is symbolize their manifesto before election day, they say promise to people.

The Puppet Players is symbolize The wealthy people and the person who are standing behind them are politicians.

The Old Man is symbolize knowledge

the reason why the prisoners hurt his eyes when he was first liberate it is because the prisoners cannot accept the truth thing what happens in their life.

the prisoners still insist that the images which he has seen before is real that the statues because, they cannot accept the truth thing and of course the truth thing is very hurtful...

For 4 these article have give big impact to my perception. In Thinking Folly article it teach me how to think wisely and do not think over-limit, and for the article the degree of Happiness, in this article the writer come out with his opinion which is everybody have their own happiness and there is level of happiness between rich and poor people.However, for the article men and women are merely players has revealed that how people pretending in order to get power, and the last article is Jews and their deceits tells us about who is the real Jews.However , in my opinion these article is quit hard for me to argue. To make sure i'm on a right track i have to make research a little bit about these article before i make a stand.

what is simile?? and what is metaphor??

let me explain little bit okayy.

A simile is a figure of speech that indirectly compares two different things by employing the words "like", "as", or "than" as for example:

"Chris was a record-setting runner as fast as a speeding bullet."

whereas Metaphor is the concept of understanding one thing in terms of another. A metaphor is a figure of speech that constructs an analogy between two things or ideas, the analogy is conveyed by the use of a metaphorical word in place of some other word. Metaphors compare things without using "like" or "as."

Who is the Jack the ripper??i am going to tell you all about the the mysterious of Whitechapel in 1888..Who is the most likely to be Jack the Ripper...

The most likely to be a jack the ripper???

Jack the ripper who is serial killer which he had kill almost 5 prostitute around the Whitechaple district of london in 1888. The name originated in a letter, written by someone claiming to be the murderer that was disseminated in the media. The letter is widely believed to have been a hoax, and may have been written by a journalist in a deliberate attempt to heighten interest in the story. The canonical five Ripper victims are Mary Ann Nichols,Annie Chapman, Elizabeth stride ,Catherine Eddowes and Mary Jane Kelly.

I have done my investigation, Jack the Ripper have surgical background, he ahd skill handling in human anatomy. The most likely to be a jack the ripper is Thomas Neill Cream because The first thing is he is a doctor secretly specializing in abortion.he also had skills in anatomy. My second reason is he is also claimed i'm jack....as his last word before he died. That is why i feel that he is the most likely to be a Jack The Ripper who is famous serial killer around london in 1888.

Plan 9 from outer Space is the worst movie ever!!

hello....we meet again!

I am going to brief about Plan 9 from outer space that we have watch last time. this movie was direct by Ed Wood Jr and starring by Gregory Walcott, Mona Mckinnon and To keene and else. This film was published in 1959, and the genre of this film is science fiction and horror. there are some reason why this film can be classified as worst movie.

For me, this film are totally bad because of the scene itself. These scene which we can see the visible shadow of the boom microphone in the cockpit scene. It's look very funny and weird. Furthermore, there are scene, especially outdoor footage was intended to be shot day for night, the changing of the day and night scene are not tally. sometimes its show at the night and suddenly show the day scene. Basically, this movie have a lot of weaknesses with the effect but there is still have a good side.

Plan 9 from outer space movie still have the moral value.The moral value in this movie teach human in the earth to appreciated our environment. The environment itself give us a lot of benefit.

WhAt Is SuPErStItIoN????

Superstitions is a part of our daily life. The older generations always use it as their tool in order to nurture children's behavior. That is why superstition is the part and parcel of certain culture's tradition and custom.

i have chosen two superstitions that are:

" ladies who sing in the kitchen will end up marrying an old man"

Left brain:

• our life partner is not determine by a simple act of singing in the kitchen.
• God decide what will happen and whom a person's soul mate will be.

Right brain:

• This superstitions is use to teach the young ladies on how to behave and react when they are doing chores.
• Old man have their own life experience and can use them to take care of their spouses

"if you open an umbrella inside, a snake will come inside your house"

Left brain:

• The relevance of opening an umbrella and a snake is preposterous and pathetic.
• Umbrellas are usually opened outside not inside and the snake's intrusion to one's house is irrelevance

Right brain:

• It is used to make one aware of one's surrounding
• Umbrella is also used as a tools to defend ourself from wild animals.

there we have it, two very wonderful superstitions in order to make our life more organize. Today's generations still use it as their method to educate the younger generations to behave and watch their ethic and mannerism. See you guys next entry!!

EuReKA.....!!! I GOT IT !!!

Assalamualaikum…..Hello everybody!

In my previous entry, I have just mentioned about Critical Literacy is subject that I have learn in Semester 4. Last week, Sir Kamaraziz, my CL lecture thought us many things in his second class.

For the first task, he has assigned us “what is our Eureka Moment?” First of all, Eureka was first said by Archimedes, which is mean “I got it”, I have a lot of experience in eureka moment. I always think that clever student would never share the knowledge with others. i'm still remember that, when i was in form 4. i have a friend , she is good in her studies, after 3 months, her character changed, she become stingy when it come to sharing knowledge with me,so for my first perception toward clever student its true!!

Clever students might not share anything with us,but my perceptions it is not doesn't stay long and it's totally change when I was semester 1. Ili and Faiz is my best friend ,we became close after we have done first assignment together. Both of them are very outstanding individuals, almost every semester they are got the COPA in my college. Both of them always share their knowledge with me,proof read my essays and assignments.The most important thing is they always help in my studies and always supports me when I am facing obstacle in my studies for better or worst.True friends are hard to come by.

Now "i got it' or Eureka!!.not all clever student are stingy, but only some of them. So, please do not judge people before with we get to know them first,because our first perception are not accurate at all. i would like to said sorry to both my dear friend because of my first perception to you guys! see you soon for the next entry!
